After several months, offering our clients a very careful cuisine and it has had great reviews, we decided to go one step further. In an attempt to further improve and better serve our customers, we have decided to make some changes in our letter, preserving our dishes star, such as the "rice with lobster" and the "Galician beef grilled steak" and adding others as interesting as "Loin of cod with honey idiazabal sauce" or "cream of seafood with toast".
With this new card, we want that our clients can choose between traditional flavours and other flavors with a more modernist cut. A letter full of contrasts, designed exclusively for our valued customers.
